The warranty covers inherent electronic failures, mainboard defects, battery charging circuit malfunctions, display driver errors, and acoustic driver failures occurring under normal operational conditions.

6.2 Exclusions & Non-Covered Factors

Warranty coverage explicitly excludes damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs, severe mechanical impact, prolonged immersion beyond rated IP indices, improper voltage inputs, software modification, or routine cosmetic wear and tear.

6.3 Bulk RMA Processing for Partners
